Katy & Keith, Traquair House

Katy & her partner live in the States and held a small intimate wedding at Traquair House in the Scottish Borders. The house originally dates back to 1107 and was used by Kings and Queens of Scotland and is said to be Scotland’s oldest inhabited house.

Katy carried a hand tie of dark pink roses, peonies and a touch of purple eustoma. Katy’s matron of honour held a hand tie of white roses with purple eustoma.

The reception was held in the Dining Room of Traquair House with one long table decorated with glass cubes blocked in with the bridal flowers of purple eustoma and pink peony rose to contrast

Spoke to the florist once and that’s all it took. I emailed her pictures in advance with pictures to help guide her with what I was looking for and I was so pleased to see everything once it arrived. The flowers on our table for dinner were SO amazing, I wanted to take them home, but knew this would be an issue on the airplane. haha”
