In this the ‘Year of Food & Drink’ – we were delighted to be involved with this event held in the Grand Gallery of the National Museums Scotland, Chamber Street, Edinburgh on the evening of Wednesday 27th May. The event – Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards is the third year running we’ve been associated with this awards event.
Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards, run in partnership with the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, have been recognising and rewarding excellence across retail, food service and business categories for many years. Scotland is blessed with a fantastic larder of some of the best natural produce in the world. With a longstanding reputation for producing quality products and an envied flair for innovation, our food and drink companies are exploiting the very values that our country stands for – beautiful unspoilt landscapes, fertile land and clean air. – Our vision is to build Scotland’s international reputation as a Land of Food and Drink.
With 19 award categories celebrating excellence across Scottish food and drink, the Awards night showcased food and drink companies from across the country. This sold out event attracted an audience of over 800 to the National Museums Scotland, Chambers Street, Edinburgh where a meal showcasing the best of Scotland’s larder was served. The Scottish television presenter, Kaye Adams, hosted the event.
Chief Executive of Scotland Food & Drink, James Withers, said: “This year’s Awards have been a huge success with a record number of entries and our biggest ever award dinner with over 800 people there to celebrate the sector. The skill, passion and innovation that mark our industry is represented in the diversity of the finalists and winners. Food and drink is now a national success story for Scotland and the Awards let us shine a light on just some of the people and world-class products that are behind that success. Crucially, it gives us the complete confidence that our industry will continue to grow in markets at home and overseas in the years to come.”
Table Centres: Alternating table arrangements of tall gold candlestands with taper candles and gold candlesticks with chunky candles. All on round mirrors with lots of tealight candles.

Thanks for another job well done on Wednesday night! Roseparks provide a great service and Lianne was creative responding to the brief and budget to deliver something special. We loved the execution and the museum looked fantastic. The light changed over the course of the evening and the candles added wonderful sparkle to the awards ceremony and dinner. I was also lucky enough to receive one of your stunning bouquets which still looks great.’
