Wedding of Sarah Nisbet and Mo Shamsh at The Assembly Rooms on 29th June 2014.
Sarah & Mo chose the versatile and naturally stylish venue at the Assembly Rooms for their wedding ceremony and reception. In 2012 a major redevelopment was carried out, restoring the halls to their former glory. The wedding ceremony was held in The Ballroom and the dinner reception in the Music Room.
Bridal Flowers – Sarah held a hand tie of open white roses with a touch of gypsophila. Sarah’s bridesmaids (4) held hand ties of either open white roses or white gypsophila.
Flower Girls (2) – white gypsophila circlet or pommander of white gypsophila.
Ceremony – the wedding vows took place under a huppah wedding canopy decorated with ivy, ruscus and baby hand ties of white, ivory and cream seasonal flowers and with hurricane lanterns.
Tablecentres – Tall silver candlestands with a top of white, cream, ivory seasonal flowers were alternated throughout the Music Hall with tall flute vases topped with similar flower arrangements.
